ITB Asia is Asia’s leading travel trade show, an annual 3-day B2B trade show and convention designed to bring together key travel industry leaders in the region. The event will be held in Marina Bay Sands in Singapore from 15-17 October 2025 and will convene international exhibitors and buyers from the MICE, leisure, and corporate segments. It is organised by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, supported by the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau.
GSTC will be a Conference Partner of the event, which will run parallel with ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia, and Travel Tech Asia under the theme “Future Forward: Transforming Travel & Tourism in a Changing World.” Professionals from every sector of the industry, including destinations, airlines and airports, hotels and resorts, theme parks and attractions, inbound tour operators, inbound DMCs, cruise lines, spas, venues, other meeting facilities, and travel technology companies, are expected to attend.
GSTC will actively contribute to the program of ITB Asia & MICE Show Asia 2025 by participating in two dedicated sessions:
“Turning Standards into Action: GSTC’s Role in Sustainable Tourism” by Rita Kuan, GSTC Market Development Manager, at the Knowledge Theatre, highlighting the importance of how GSTC Standards supports destinations, accommodations, and tour operators in achieving tangible sustainability outcomes, and another session titled “Next Horizons: Future-Proofing Sustainability in the MICE Industry” moderated by Ms. Kuan, along with Brian Ho, Vice President of Sustainability, Resorts World Sentosa, Ian Gan, Chief Sustainability Officer, Singapore EXPO & Vice President Center Management, Constellar, and Adam Piperdy, Founder & Chief Experience Officer, Unearthed Production as the panelists at the MICE Show Asia Theatre.
Through these sessions, GSTC will share insights on sustainable tourism practices and engage with industry leaders across both leisure and business travel sectors.
