Hotel Sustainability Training in Tokyo

Agodaとの提携により、GSTCホテル・サステナビリティ研修が日本・東京にて開催されます。
この研修は、ホテル業界の皆様が持続可能な観光の実践を育み、GSTCスタンダードに関する実践的かつ深い知識を習得することを目的としています。

今回の研修は、AgodaとGSTCによる11回目の共同開催となり、これまでシンガポール、台湾、タイ、インド、ネパール、スリランカ、インドネシア、フィリピン、韓国で実施され、約550名のホテル関係者が参加してきました。

このインタラクティブな2日間の研修では、ホテル業界の皆様が、持続可能な開発に関する知識とスキルを高める機会を提供します。参加者はGSTCのトレーナーやゲストスピーカーと直接交流し、ベストプラクティスや実際の国内外ホテル事例から学ぶことができます。

さらに、GSTCホテルスタンダードに基づいたチェックリストを活用することで、現在の取り組み状況を評価し、短期・中期・長期の持続可能性目標を設定し、国際的に認知されたサステナビリティ基準に沿った取り組みを進めることができます。

GSTC Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourismについて

この2日間の対面トレーニングを修了することで、参加者はGSTC Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourismを取得するためのトレーニング要件を満たすことになります。また、希望者はサステナブルツーリズム試験を受験することができます。
試験はオンラインで実施され、参加者はトレーニング終了後2週間以内に受験することが可能です。試験に合格すると、GSTCよりGSTC Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourismが授与されます。

二神 真美教授

二神真美氏は、名城大学名誉教授であり、現在は一般社団法人日本観光研究学会(JITR)および一般社団法人日本サステナビリティ・コーディネーター協会(JaSCA)の理事を務めています。ペンシルベニア州立大学にて文化人類学の修士号を取得後、九州大学にて持続可能な地域づくりに関する研究で博士号を取得されました。現在の研究テーマは、デスティネーション・マネジメントにおけるサステナビリティ指標・基準の開発と適用、ならびに観光産業のサステナビリティ転換の推進です。観光庁の「持続可能な観光推進有識者会議」のメンバーとして専門的な助言を行ってきたほか、複数の都道府県における観光振興計画や観光戦略委員会にも参画されています。2016年より、グローバル・サステナブル・ツーリズム協議会(GSTC)のトレーナーとして、日本各地で「GSTCサステナブル・ツーリズム・コース」を継続的に実施されています。

大岩直美は、北海道大学観光創造大学院の修士課程を修了しました。ニュージーランドのワークワース小学校で教員として勤務した後、旅行会社㈱JTBにて30年以上にわたり活躍しました。JTB在籍中は、法人営業、海外旅行企画、インバウンド戦略など多岐にわたる業務を担当し、2008年北海道洞爺湖G8サミットではビジネスマネージャーを務めました。また、バンコク支店でも勤務経験があります。国内外の観光業界における豊富な経験を通じて、観光産業に対する深い理解を培ってきました。

このホテル・サステナビリティ・トレーニングは、Agodaとの提携により提供されます。

登録後、登録確認メールが送信されます。
ただし、登録希望者が多数の場合や定員の都合により、参加者数には上限があります。
そのため、トレーニングの約7日前に、最終的な登録結果をお知らせするメールが送信され、参加承認の有無が通知されます。

トレーニングコースの内容

このトレーニングには、2日間分のコーヒーとランチが含まれています。

2日間のトレーニングを修了すると、参加者にはGSTCおよびAgodaのロゴ入り修了証が授与されます。
