GSTC Sustainable Tourism Online Course in Bahasa Indonesia The GSTC Sustainable Tourism Online Course, conducted in Bahasa Indonesia and by GSTC Training Partner Wise Steps Consulting (WSC) from June 30 to July 25, 2025, brought together professionals from across the tourism sector to strengthen their understanding and implementation of sustainability principles in line with the GSTC Standards

The course was led by Mochamad Nalendra, a GSTC Trainer, who guided participants through a comprehensive exploration of key topics, including sustainable destination management, effective stakeholder engagement, and the integration of sustainability practices, among others. 

Over the course of four weeks, participants engaged in interactive discussions, real-life case studies, and practical exercises designed to help them apply the GSTC framework within their local contexts. The training provided a collaborative learning environment, allowing professionals from various backgrounds to exchange experiences, insights, and challenges, while developing actionable strategies to foster positive change in their organizations and destinations.

The training featured a series of guest lectures that provided valuable, real-world perspectives on sustainable tourism practices in Indonesia.

These sessions provided participants with the opportunity to learn directly from professionals leading successful sustainability initiatives across various segments of the tourism industry, including community-based destinations, cultural heritage projects, hospitality, and innovative business models.
